That sounds like Sandy Singleton of Worcestershire who met his wife furing WWII in Rhodesia. Is this the man? Any similarities with this picture? I guess the eyes are about right, the chin too ...

OK, that sounds scary Sandy was a happenstance for me...

342. But for now, here's a more current cricketer who seems to have faded out of franchise cricket but is still around on the Harare club scene. Who is he?

I'll abstain from answering till the first wrong answer (if any), as I was toying with this exact photo as a question for a while...

Just wait and see. I feel pretty confident that we can push this Quiz beyond Lara's 400* and Hick's 405* whithout delving into photos of Hami's car, Taylor' golf bag, Vusi's trash can, Cremer's bedroom, or Guy Whittal's niece's hairdo.

I'll abstain from answering till the first wrong answer (if any), as I was toying with this exact photo as a question for a while...
