The World According to the Saint
by The Saint

Prosper aka the Chucking Cheating Chump from Chipembere clearly played FICA against ZPCA and ZC. Finally getting in bed with ZC and abolishing ZPCA which would have put an end to the majority of The Admin thievery. What this has done to all the other cricketers in Zimbabwe is send them back to the stone age whilst CCCC(4C) who didn't give a XXXX enriched himself and his family.
Whilst i do feel for him unable to provide for his family- that isn't an automatic right for a job (i deserve this job because i procreated and have kids).
It is in fact my view another damning verdict about ZC and ironically exactly how ZPCA would help players. The same ZPCA that Prosper demolished.
The ZPCA that would have ensured insurance was covered for all players, ensured that investment was put into players such as a future line- what would you do after cricket? Coaching if you academically challenged or perhaps a trade or a degree.
Prosper is clearly annoyed that ZC has spewed him up and spitting him out. He is turning his anger against whites and AC. I can tell you why (apart from the fact AC has been very open and vocal like all of us since CCCC got band from bowling. Duh!) he tried begging his brothas in power and was simply told to F off. AC may be a jerk to but in this case he has simply said what everyone has been thinking- how can a bowler bowl when his main bowling action has been banned.

Prosper won't and can't win, his peers secretly want him smashed all over the place when he bowls. They do not actively seek him out to talk to because they don't want to. He is reviled by the cricketers who are in the FC system and never will make it higher as they were the biggest losers in the abolishment of the ZPCA and the talks between ZPCA and ZC.
He was calling players from Bangladesh during the strikes and telling them to get on the field and play when the ZPCA had said otherwise!

No matter what happens 4C will always be the selfish bastard that pulled everyone down including their families just so long as he could feed his own.
I await eagerly for AC's response on this matter which i'm sure will come eventually.

Looking back now, the whole issue of lack of opportunities manufactured by the team management towards Nyumbu and Wellington prior to and after the World Cup and bringing in a non-spinning Kamungozi was probably a plot hatched to prove that there were no replacements yet for Utseya. Waller also getting called for chucking helped the cause, but the only thing that went awry for the plan was the return of Cremer, which again made things a little vulnerable for Utseya. Hence the violent reaction, it seems. If the domestic season had started, Nyumbu and Wellington at the very least, and probably a couple of other spinners, would have looked better than Prosper and would have knocked on the doors. So the national contracts were announced including Utseya in it before it could happen, as any later, his inclusion would have been questionable.

How is that for a conspiracy theory?

The thing I don't like about Utseya is the way he seems to think his spot in the team is his right not a privilege ......

Also how he blames everyone else for his problems, the guy was bending his arm 51 degrees !!!!! That's unbelievable that's more than 3 times the legal allowance and once he rectified it he couldn't even land the ball. His comments about there needing to be 11 whites or 11 blacks is also disturbing clearing showing he himself is a racist ......

What a germ ......

Utseya isn't an off spinner anymore. Spinners who have rectified their actions are still bowling spin unlike Utseya. He's a medium pacer (?) minus the run up.

Prosper doesn't have a leg to stand on.

When BT was dropped by Mangongo (during the SA series) did he cry rascism??? No. He posted a picture of his Zimbabwe jersey saying he couldn't wait to be back playing for his country. Prosper on the other hand just brandishes the race card!

Cremer re-selected because he's white  Prosper showing his jealousy here. Cremer was re-selected because he's the best spinner we have!

Prosper will do anything to retain his place in the side and if that means brandishing the race card then so be it! What a disgrace.

Add Pragyan Ojha too.

I wouldn't have recalled Utseya at the first place as he wasn't bowling spin.

Hi everyone

Long-time reader; first-time poster.

Just wanted to say how refreshing it is to see an intelligent, reasoned debate on the back of the piece. Just last week I was speaking to a fellow freelancer and we were bemoaning the lack of personal and/or stimulating feedback on articles. This forum is often the exception to that rule.

We may have a cricket board racked by self-interest and a rather frustrating cricket team who suffers as a result, but as long as there is an informed, engaged support base we'll remain a cricket country.

Big-up to y'all!
