Ervine was very ordinary with the ball this innings. He had a few good patches but multiple waist high full tosses are inexcusable! A little unlucky not to get a wicket off a front foot ball but didn't really deserve it anyway.

Hamilton would be feeling a bit hard done by the selectors, those Bangladesh heroics came a bit too late for the competition.

MCL is for the retired folks. I don't want to see him in MCL anytime soon :). But yes, he definitely missed out on PSL and BPL due to our selectors.

MCL is actually kind of fun. Good to watch players of yesteryear still going strong. Plus not all of them are that old, some are only just retired, or in the case of some not retired at all.

Argh... I thought it was a re-fancily named Pakistan Cricket League, I haven't had a chance to watch any of those matches so I didn't notice who was playing. What's the purpose of this Masters Cricket League then, didn't Shane Warne and Tendulkar do their exhibition matches a while ago?

And so when is the Pakistan T20 Cricket League proper coming, then?

Except some of these MCL guys aren't really all that retired. The lineup of players is relatively young, unlike the series in the USA where you had Ambrose and co trying to run in.

Good day for Ervine, Streak and Jarvis. Taylor flopped though.
