I think Streak has played a major role in talent identification. Guys like Mustafizur and Abu Haider kind of got fast tracked without much A team or Academy exposure from what I recall. I think the head coach really respects and listens to Streak's recommendations and the thankfully the selectors followed suit. We've been lucky in that most everything is working smoothly on that front. One thing Streakmhas done is not to over coach. He has said he doesn't change anything. He has got our pacers bowling accurately when before they would spray it all over the place. I just hope we can keep him through to the WC in 2019. You just know India is waiting to make him a offer no one else can match.

Overall a great Asia cup for us. BD fans are proud of the boys as we really didn't have too many expectations. Our MVP was either Mahmudullah or Sabbir, with me leaning towards the former.
