Post by jimbo »

Will be the cornerstone of Zimbabwe bowling for years to come if managed properly- just seen a steven hirst cricket agency video of Ngarava bowling on cricket zimbo twitter page from the recently concluded under 19s world cup and boy this lad is BRISK and gets steepling bounce
Could be we have found our own mohammed irfan the guy is exceptionally tall and gets a lot of bounce.

Ngarava mania!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Looks the real deal- im sure Ntini can mould him a bit and work on some Yorkers/slower balls

You better hope Ntini gets both Ngarava and Matigumi before Hondo pulls a trick on them and turns them to medium pacers

Looks like he has a bit different to most Zim seamers, height and bounce .....

Looking at his stats from the WC he definitely needs some consistency in his game as stated hopefully Ntini works some magic on him ......

Zim players are surprisingly tall. For example, and I'm basing relative heightd vs players who's heights I know for sure.

Chigs 6'1"
Jongwe 6'2"
Hamilton 6'0"

I would guess Chatara is 6'3", but none of the Zim seamers get bounce you expect from there heights. They all seem skiddy more ao than hit the deck.

I concur, Ngarava is a real prospect. I am very curious to see how Ntini pans out. Don't hold your breath.
