we have a tour about to kick off and we know that elements of the administration is incompetent.
I dont set out to follow them, but where I spend my leisure time is the same place these cretins spend their leisure time so I know I will bump into them if I look around long enough.
As I see them I keep an eye on them and text my contacts at ZC.

Its Ramadan...Raza most likely will not be eating until sunset. From what I have heard he is a fairly devout Muslim and thus little chance of him boozing up irresponsibly on the eve of a big series. Can't ever rule it out, but unlikely.
