The top white guys seem to get treated as well as anyone else in the system. Cremer walked back into the team and the captaincy. Sean Williams is one of the highest paid, despite his inconsistent form and character, and Craig Ervine, PJ Moor, and Malcolm Waller are never far from selection. If Byrom and Welch wanted to play for Zimbabwe, I think they would join this top tier.

In 2011 plenty of whites in the first XI. Then couple years ago, hardly more than 2 at a time. Things are better now. Maybe Byrom and Welch will come back.

She said his game has been improved his bedding has been improved so I asked her does he gonna play in future for Zimbabwe she smiles said he would love to but situation has to change.
