No can't. Raza? Someone? anyone?
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

Well don't Neville he has been here before with bat and ball and won us matches. Should never have been in that position mind. Raza has a lot to answer for. Consistently getting out in the pressure overs. Needs to work on his mental game that kid

So Waller and Musakanda finish with 200+ runs. (Waller 242, Musakanda 216). A 3-2 result is in fact a very good one vs Pak A. When will we actually stop this Sibanda in A side nonsense?

One positive thing about this series has been the right selection of players( except Muzarbani). Our selectors are giving good opportunities to young guys. Chari, Musakanda, Mumba and Nyauchi have done well. Waller was exceptional in this series, and Chigs did a good job too. Hopefully, we will have good combination of youngsters and experienced guys for first PAK A test. We should also bring back our big boys Cremer, Williams and Ervine for atleast one match.

Lets just play a proper Test squad for both matches I say, play all of the lineup of Mawoyo Masakadza, Williams, Ervine for the unofficial Tests and include Musakanda, Chakabva and maybe Chari again in there.

I essence start building and selecting that squad especially batsman from those two matches. You don't want them to be undercooked as they were against New Zealand only for them to regain some form late in the series.

I agree our senior guys need some practice before the SL tests. I think this time around we would be pretty competitive with the bat. We still haven't figured out our best bowling combinations for test matches. Chatara and Cremer are our auto selections, but both of them haven't hit that good form yet. Mumba and Nyauchi are our biggest hopes in our fast bowling department. Chatara, Cremer, Mumba, Nyauchi, SW Masakadza etc and one more spinner maybe Chisoro or Welly could be tried out against upcoming PAK A matches.

Well done, not a bad result. Im a bit mystified by muzarabani and kunje's selections.

Why hasn't Wellington played this series?

Chari has been good over the last couple of games. Chakabva should become a test specialist like Mawoyo to be honest.that's his lane and we cant deny that with 13 first class centuries so far which is good by Zimbabwean standards.

We need more info about the current battle between Nyauchi and Mumba.. their stats are similar and they actually haven't played a lot of cricket yet. does anyone have a more informed opinion?
Ive written about this,
50s are the Zimbabwean centuries.
They are satisfied and they get big accolades for half centuries, it diminshes the will to go on with it.

Compare the way a saffer is congratulated after a century to a zimbo getting a halfer, you'll see similar celebrations.

That is very true.. Taibu mentioned that at domestic level players should be aiming for a double century as any kind of comparison to an international century. I hope he can pass that knowledge to some of these guys to always push on
