It's hard to know if this is a good thing or not. Obviously if play doesn't resume it's good for us. But if play does resume then all it means is WI's target will be reduced, and they've got enough firepower to get quick runs.
Hmm, not sure about this. I think we might have been able to bowl them out had play continued.

It's been half an hour now. Maybe light will become an issue...
Anyone know when the cutoff is?

Re: Do or Die Match: Zim vs WI
Word from Liam (presumably Brickhill) at the ground:
5pm Zim = 3pm UK, which is about 10mins from now."It's still raining, so no word on a possible restart time. We'll be swiftly approaching the cut-off time now, though, which should be around 5pm. And, from what I can see, there's possibly even worse weather headed our way from the north-east. Even if we do manage to get back on, the light's going to be iffy soon as well."

The worst thing about this rain delay is I don't know which brand of deodorant or shaving foam I should buy.

Alright guys, how close are we now for the final announcement? Can we start celebrating yet?

Ten Sports just aired an ad for the final "Sri Lanka vs West Indies"
Obviously they didn't have much faith in Zimbabwe for this series.

Even if they came back on right now, surely it'd be getting pretty dark. I think the worst case scenario is if they come back out for an over or so before leaving for bad light... because WI could just tee-off.CrimsonAvenger wrote:Alright guys, how close are we now for the final announcement? Did they actually do that? How disrespectful!brmtaylor.com admin wrote:Ten Sports just aired an ad for the final "Sri Lanka vs West Indies"
