Annoying that Bashir has got five. Bang average, there’s half a dozen spinners of his level playing Logan Cup week in week out.

But overall, we’ve batted much better than I actually expected in both innings. I really feared we’d end up all out for under 100 in at least one of the innings so it’s nice to get to 250-ish both times.

Yeah but a serious Ngarava injury will set us back more. We don't have depth. Regardless I think he needs a rest, he has lost pace. But he has shown is a quality bowler in the past, especially in those pitches that had lateral movement

Needs a long rest regardless. He’s not fit. Bowled like a trundler on the first morning even before his injury. Definitely needs to sit out of the SA tests.
