I know Weve lost by an innings but we haven’t overly disgraced ourselves. Most of our players showed good glimpses at times. Plenty to work with and hopefully we will see a further improvement at home against SA and NZ.

For the first time in a long time the bowling is more of a worry than the batting.

Curran has looked highly out of sorts, I'm not convinced at all by him, but grinding it out and battling is a real skill and he seems to have it in buckets. Hope he keeps fighting this afternoon.
He isnt that good at all but can apply himself

I wonder if that’s the last we see of either Craig or Raza in Tests? Hopefully not.

There's definitely positives to take away from this game from a batting POV, Brian is pure gold, Willo is aging like wine but the fact is that we've had two innings defeats in our last two Tests and that is just woeful.

I mean really Williams. Ervine and Raza should have been allowed to retire by now. They and we need to look to the future over the next ten tests. Players like Bennett, welch, any other fast bowlers , that leg Spinner need to be looked at as the future.

Ervine needs to retire

So there is more than 1 week gap for SA warmup match. What's ZC plan?

It's fair to bring in Chatara and B Evans for Blessing going to India and Ngarava injury..
Next X1
Ben C
Bennent
Welch
Sean w
Raxa
Wes
Madande
Welly
Nyamhuri
Evans
Chivanga

Welly deserves a go that England spinner took 5 wickets
Tsiga has been unless with the bat , If Matthew Welch was out there i would have given him a go..
Craig can sit this one our.
Sean W can captain the warmup game against South Africa ..

Will the SA match be a 11-a-side FC match, or more like an unofficial warmup where teams use the full squads?
