I dont know why you or anyone else would suggest any other team than this one. This team is available to us.

Bennett
Welch
Knackers
Williams
BT
Raza
Burl
Higgins
Evans
Ngarava
Muzarabani

Can get this team together almost tomorrow. Higgins could probably bat ahead of Raza.
We dont have good enuf spinners to play a pure spinner.

We could get Muyeye, Byrom, Tom Curran and probably Cartwright back as well. If money is the issue we could put a halt to the Batonka stadium, stop paying aged Franchise players fancy money, sack administrators who have unknown jobs. Get a few million back from Metro and Bvute.
True. But I’m just going with a team that is currently officially available as per Zim cricket.

Knackers - of course. But has there been an announcement on his eligibility to play for us?

BT - of course. But has there been an announcement, even from himself that he wants to be available to play?

Williams - of course. But isn’t he retired from the format himself? He was really never a fan of the format, although he was better than most on display.

Point is, my team is based on players who are available and can play for Zim at the moment.

There's smoke and mirrors with Naqvi. Someone powerful is holding him up. Jonty probably knows more than anybody. Someone made a point that his 3 year eligibility matures on 26 Jan. I cant comment on that. Maybe he was here prior to that?

BT's ban ends in 8 days. He is likely to play the very next game after he's cleared.

Williams will play if BT plays.

Dont forget Cremer, it sounds like he's in the mix.

What would be interesting is if the Minister agreed to give him a passport (if he hasn't got one already) on the condition he renounced his others
Now that would test his commitment.

I mean we can always have a Dream XI  but Cremer just walking back in is crazy but I’d take it. We can’t rebuild with youngsters every time. We are always 2 very good players short.

Very good

Bennet
Williams

Good

Raza
Ervine
Ngarava
Curran
Muzarabani
Evans

Decent

Welly
Chivanga
Myers

The rest are those who have failed or unproven

Raza is having a terrible day.

Like I said, he’s on the slide.

9 with a strike rate of 75 and 0 wickets with an economy of 13 is unacceptable

Raza was a one season wonder it looks like. Top 10 teams aren't just going to feed you a buffett of good length balls you can hoick to square leg. Same story with Bennett, except his shot is the cut to point. Only difference is he's half Raza's age so has time to learn to play 5-6 more shots.

Hiding in AOC's basement has really soured your usually cheerful disposition.
